Entry fees include golfing and meals. More than one payment method is accepted, per team.
Golf Tournament Sponsorship Information
Platinum Sponsor – $1,000 or more donation. Sponsorship includes the use of the business logo in advertising in the newspaper, web page, RCHC Foundation lobby TV at Rawlins County Health Center, and on Facebook. Also, the sponsor will have their name and logo on an individual hole sponsorship sign for the golf tournament. Please provide the logo to skoel@rchc.us as soon as possible.
Gold Sponsor – $500-$999 donation. Name included in advertising in the newspaper, web page, RCHC Foundation lobby TV at Rawlins County Health Center, and on Facebook. Also, the sponsor will have their name on an individual hole sponsorship sign for the golf tournament. Please provide the logo to skoel@rchc.us as soon as possible.
Silver Sponsor – $100-$499 donation. Name included in advertising on the web page, RCHC Foundation lobby TV at Rawlins County Health Center, on Facebook, and in the thank you ad in the newspaper. Also, the name will be printed with other silver sponsors on the hole sponsorship sign at the golf tournament.
Bronze Sponsor – $50-$99 donation. Name included in thank you ad in the newspaper and name printed with other bronze sponsors on the hole sponsorship sign at the golf tournament.
Sponsorship payments can be made via check payable to Rawlins County Health Center Foundation or by using the Golf Tournament Sponsorship button Below. Funds raised go towards ER Gurneys, Scholarships, and Endowment. Thank You for your support of the Rawlins County Health Center Foundation!
