Your trust is paramount to our practice, and we are committed to continually providing you with quality care. We understand that healthcare costs can be challenging to manage, and we strive to provide you with various payment options that best fit your finances. Please take a moment to review our policies on how we can assist you with payment on your account.
Copay/Deductible:
Copays and deductibles are an obligation set by your insurance carrier and are due in full at the time of service. Business office staff can assist with determining copay amounts and remaining deductibles through an eligibility system for most insurances.
Self-pay Discount:
If you do not have insurance, we provide a 15% discount upon request. This discount does not apply to those with insurance.
Most insurance carriers use a discount based on contract agreements with the facility.
Prompt pay Discount:
An additional 10% discount can be applied to the account balance if the patient pays the account in full within 30 days of the statement date.
Payment Plans:
- $0-$100: 30 days
- $101-$500: 3 months
- $501-$1,000: 6 months
- $1,001-$2,000: 12 months
- $2,001+: 18 months
Acceptable forms of payment include:
Cash, Check, Money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
CareCredit:
CareCredit is a health and wellness credit card with flexible financing options to pay for the care you need over time. If you already have a CareCredit card, please present it at the time of service.

Presumptive Eligibility/Medicaid:
RCHC can assist with temporary Medicaid coverage through Kansas while a complete coverage application is sent to KanCare for processing. Ask to speak to a Patient Account Representative for more information.
Patient Lending:
Even those covered by health insurance can sometimes find themselves with mounting medical debt. Thankfully, there is an option that helps with paying for healthcare bills without placing undue stress on your finances.
We are pleased to offer you an affordable payment plan from Patient Lending with The Bank to help make paying your medical bills more manageable, regardless of credit history.

Ask to speak to a Patient Account Representative for an individual low- interest bank loan that can meet your monthly payment needs. A 12% discount to your balance can be applied.
