At Rawlins County Health Center, our goal is to provide patient-centered, high-quality healthcare for you and your family. We welcome new patients and offer same-day appointments for most appointment types. Our dedicated clinic staff, nurses, and providers are committed to ensuring every patient receives exceptional care in a welcoming and comfortable environment. With a wide range of services available close to home—from routine clinic visits and laboratory testing to physical therapy and general surgery—we make it easier for you and your family to access the care you need. Laboratory testing can be completed conveniently on-site at Rawlins County Health Center. Once your results are available, your provider can review them promptly. You will be notified of your results by phone or mail, and results may also be available through the patient portal.

Prescription Refills
When you need a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy directly. Your pharmacy will then send a refill request to your healthcare provider at Rawlins County Health Center. Most prescriptions can be refilled electronically and will be processed once we receive the request from your pharmacy. Please allow adequate time for your provider to review and authorize your refill. Please note that certain controlled medications may have additional requirements and may not be eligible for electronic transmission to your pharmacy.

Things you should do or bring to your appointment

Please pay your co-payment for every visit.
Bring your driver's license and insurance card to every visit.
Inform us of any changes in your name, address, phone number, or insurance.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to allow us to update your information and prepare you for your visit.
Transfer all your medical records before your first visit.
Bring all your medication bottles with you every time you come.
Tell us about any changes in your allergies and medical/surgical history.

No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay.
Most insurance types are accepted. Sliding Fee Scale Available. More Payment plans are available.
